Sticky Chicken Wings (not so healthy but…if you must)
Recipe type: Appetizer
- 25 Chicken wing sections thawed
- 1C soy sauce
- 1C White cooking wine
- 1C brown sugar packed
- Mix together soy, wine and sugar in a bowl until dissolved.
- Pour over the wings in a ziploc bag.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours and turn ½ way.
- Pour into a foil pan. (Throw away when finished!)
- Bake at 400 degrees for ½ hour then pour out ½ juice, stir.
- Place back into oven and brown.
