Sticky Chicken Wings (not so healthy but…if you must)

  • 25 Chicken wing sections thawed
  • 1C soy sauce
  • 1C White cooking wine
  • 1C brown sugar packed

  1. Mix together soy, wine and sugar in a bowl until dissolved.
  2. Pour over the wings in a ziploc bag.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours and turn ½ way.
  4. Pour into a foil pan. (Throw away when finished!)
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for ½ hour then pour out ½ juice, stir.
  6. Place back into oven and brown.
  7. Enjoy!
